New Start

I started this blog when I was in the second year of my undergraduate degree for some good old student procrastinating. Now I am doing my masters and am back to it. This time I want to pose questions and talk about more philosophical issues, as these have been on my mind recently. Questions like: can we be in a relationship but still have the freedom to be truly ourselves?

I am going travelling at the end of the year without my boyfriend for just under three months, and it got me thinking. Will I come back changed so much from the growth that travel gives that we may change in response? It's very possible it will be a positive change, but can travellers come back to people who they no longer relate to? Even friends and family?
